Welcome to ReflexMe (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our mobile application. By using ReflexMe, you agree to the terms of this policy.

2. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Name, email address, password (stored in encrypted form).
• Usage Data: Mood logs, journal entries, test results, AI chat history.
• Technical Data: Device type, OS version, installation ID, usage analytics.
• Subscription Data: Purchase information is processed by Apple/Google and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment card details.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide personalized AI assistant responses.
• To track your progress and deliver insights.
• To improve our services and user experience.
• To send reminders and notifications (with your consent).
• To ensure the security of your account.

4. AI Chat & Data Processing

Your chat messages are processed via ReflexMe AI to generate responses. We do not include your personal information (name, email) in AI requests. Chat content is used solely to provide you with responses and is not used to train AI models.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) with encryption in transit and at rest. Mood and journal data may also be stored locally on your device using AsyncStorage.

6. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share data only with:

• Firebase / Google Cloud — for data storage.
• ReflexMe AI — for processing AI chat requests (no personal data included).
• RevenueCat — for subscription management.
• As required by law or legal process.

7. Your Rights

• Access: You can view your data within the app.
• Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data via Profile → Delete Account.
• Export: You can export your chat history using the Share function.
• Withdraw Consent: You can disable notifications in app settings.

8. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), secure authentication via Firebase Auth, and regular security reviews.

9. Children

ReflexMe is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with their data, please contact us for its removal.

10. Important Disclaimer

ReflexMe is NOT a substitute for professional psychological or medical help. The AI assistant provides general support and information about mental health. In case of a crisis or emergency, please contact a professional or call a crisis helpline.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be published in the app with a new "Last Updated" date.
